Key Partner Stipulations
- 2.1. All collaborators must acknowledge and agree with the User Agreement before starting.
- 2.2. The User Agreement can evolve without prior notice; participation implies agreement with updates.
- 2.3. Partners warrant they are at least 18 years old.
- 2.4. Partners must protect their login credentials. The program will not be held responsible for resulting losses.
- 2.5. Collaboration may be denied by the program without justification.

- 2.10. Promotions must not feature political figures or narratives, or imitate content from other brands.
- 2.11. Upon request, partners must disclose their promotional techniques. Non-compliance can result in collaboration termination.
- 2.12. In case of regulation violations, partners’ accounts can be closed without explanation or residual payments.
Partnership Agreement Terms
The Pin-Up Affiliate Program lays out explicit terms for agreements:
- 3.1. All balances and summaries are in US dollars.
- 3.2. The reporting cycle splits the month: 1-15 and 16-end.
- 3.3. Positive balances ensure payments within the first three days following the reporting cycle.
- 3.4. Changing payment details requires 5 business days of notice, informing the personal manager.
- 3.5. It’s essential to have accurate billing data in the Financial section.
- 3.6. Payment delays or Retention periods are dictated by the program administration.
- 3.7. Advanced payments are not accepted. Minimum withdrawal is $50.
- 3.8. Under certain conditions, negative balances are not carried over to the next month.
- 3.9. Accounts inactive for six months are forfeited. Another six months of inactivity results in account deletion.

- The company’s discretion prevails on matters not covered in the agreement.
4.2. Partner complaints and dispute solutions:
- A resolution is sought through dialogue and communication.
- Only written claims are considered, within three days following the event.
- Official complaints must be sent via email, excluding chat platforms.
- Complaints must include: Full name, Email, Account ID, Date and time of the conflict, and Main issue.
- Reasons for request rejection include: Non-compliance with conditions, use of offensive language, threats or insults against the program or its team, intent to tarnish the program’s image on social platforms, etc.
- Resolution efforts last twenty days, based on partners’ data provision.
- Divergences concerning a partner’s operations use their data.
- In case of non-compliance, the program can terminate its partnership.
- If no agreement is reached in three months, the matter is brought before the legal intermediaries of the Republic of Cyprus, where Pin-Up Partners is registered.
